Winning the Lottery and the Will of God
Imagine that you are a single mom, with maxxed out credit cards, and thousands of dollars in tuition bills. You are in a convenience store and you find a $10 bill. What would you do with the money?This woman decided to buy lottery tickets, and wouldn't you know it, she won a million dollars! There are many, Christians included, who would rationalize such a purchase in light of the other pressing needs in her life.
Some would have purchased food, or medicine, or just treated themselves to a Slurpee or a cup of coffee, while mulling over their little, but good fortune. Maybe a few of us would have actually tried to find the person who lost the $10. But, she chose to buy lottery tickets.
What other options would she have had? What would you have done?

you have to wonder if her spending the money flippintly on the lotto ticket doesnt show a glimpse of how this woman got into the debt that she was in. understandably the 10 dollars isnt a lot in the grand scheme but 10 dollars here and there (or a latte here or there) add up to big bucks. i personally would have gone the latte route though! so where does that put me in judging this woman, i wouldn't have been thirsty and she won a million dollars.

It is great that you choose to spend some of your money in buying lottery tickets, the thing is that you have to restrain yourself to certain limit.10 dollars might not be big but spending $10 many times can make huge difference.
